Silvina is one of the many stars who start their day with citrus water. "I want to share a routine of all my morning. In fasting, I squeeze a lemon, put warm water and drink it. Silvina is a big fan of exercise bands. She shared a 20-minute workout with her followers, which can be done anytime, anyplace and only requires bands and a set of weights. "I share a simple routine to start the day. With my @omd.ar bands and weights everywhere!" she captioned the post.
Silvina likes to get her workouts in first thing in the morning. She shared a video from one of her gym sessions. In it, she does exercises ranging from lunges to lifts. "Today I started the day training, and it feels good!! 💪 Do you do sports for aesthetics or for health?" she captioned the post.
